Non Vintage Blend: 80% 2017, 20% Reserve (2014) held in aged oak barrels
Our Brut Reserve is the best expression of our single vineyard site, encompassing all three varieties grown on the different soil types that make our site unique. By blending multiple vintages and using both stainless steel and seasoned oak casks for fermentation and maturation we have the ability to produce a wine that maintains its identity and quality from year to year, but with enough vintage complexity and intrigue to make every release unique.
