Wine Shop Assistant - Reigate
We have the opportunity for Wine Shop Assistant to help across both our Reigate stores.
Essential Qualifications skills and experiences
- Wine, Beer, Spirits or Drinks retailing retail experience of at least 2 years and ideally 1 year of assistant management experience.
- WSET Level 1 or above.
- Comprehensive IT skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva/Photoshop
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members via email & phone.
- Commercial awareness, excellent numeracy and written communication skills.
- Full clean driving licence
Role overview
- Responsibilities will include assisting the day-to-day management of Reigate's 38 Church Street or West Road store.
- Effective stock & financial management with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of our products and services
- Develop and grow private client sales, maximising sales revenue.
- Help with customer events at the Church Street Store and beyond if required.
- Attend trade tastings, as well as regular in-house tastings of potential new products.
- Assist with developing our craft beer and cider range.
- Help to create content for Social Media platforms.
