Our Blanc de Blancs is focused on the best expression of Chardonnay from our complex patchwork of soil types. Over the years we’ve focused in on one particular area where the soil is thin and the chalk content high. On this steep south facing section we can create a wine that gives both ripeness of flavour but with a mineral and focused structure that will make sure this wine lives long into the future.
