A single varietal Arinto - Vinho Verde's zesty and freshest grape from Casa de Vila Nova, Portugal whose grapes are cultivated in clay soils with some granite - and the vineyards experience plenty of rainfall due to the Atlantic climate. After harvesting the grapes are fermented in stainless steel under controlled temperatures.
On the nose, you will find bright lemon citrus with a fresh with zesty acidity, hints of peach and grapefruit on the palate, and a minerality on the finish.
Pair with all manner of fish and seafood.
