From the Vinho Verde Demarcated Region in the North of Portugal this DOC Vinho Verde 2023 is a delightful and fruit-driven style of Alvarinho offering great value. The grapes are harvested by hand and the grapes are destemmed at the winery followed by soft pressing takes place and fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats.
Bright citrus aromas and a fresh, lively palate with ripe, limey flavours, textural stone fruit and an appealing softness but still the balancing minerality characteristic of this variety.
Wonderful match for chicken salads, fish and sushi.
