Domaine Chauveau is run by Emmanuelle Chauveau in the little hamlet of St Andelain. With three different AOP’s in there range, there is a clear understanding of the different terroirs moreover what can be achieved from this part of the Central Loire Valley.
Notes of limestone and yellow fruits dominate the nose. The attack in mouth is ample and dense. The structured finish accompanied by a very slight refreshing minerality. A tasty and fresh wine.
