Domaine Chauveau is run by Emmanuelle Chauveau in the little hamlet of St Andelain. With three different AOP’s in there range, there is a clear understanding of the different terroirs moreover what can be achieved from this part of the Central Loire Valley.
Aromas of citrus fruits, floral perfumes and a subtle chalky minerality. Very fresh, well-balanced palate delivering an energetic range of lifted aromas with an ample, easy-drinking feel.
