This beautiful lirac is aged for 12 months in concrete vats after fermentation. The wine has intense red and black fruits flavours with lots of spices and garrigue (herbs from Provence), soft, elegant tannins developing complex aromas (liquorice, truffle and dark chocolate) with ageing.
