Surrounded by the countryside of the the Val do Salnés, Bodegas Granbazan – the producer of Fish & Co – was founded in 1981 with a winery and French-inspired manor house at the heart of the 13.5-hectare Finca Tremoedo vineyard.
This Rías Baixas focuses solely on the local Albariño grape, starting out by planting its vineyards with Albariño clones from across Galicia. Each of the finca’s 10 plots has a subtly different microclimate so they are tended and harvested individually, aiming to extract a distinctive personality from each harvest.
