Domaine de Saint-Ser is the highest vineyard in the Sainte-Victoire growing area, in a spot where rich soils and southern exposure combine to create extremely favourable conditions for vines to grow.
Jacqueline Guichot Bertin and her team oversee a biodynamic process here, relying on their senses to understand the grapes’ progress and when they have reached their full potential. Minimal-intervention wines are created through a mix of traditional equipment (such as wooden barrels, stone jars and terracotta amphoras) alongside more contemporary kit such as a stainless steel vat room.
