Situated on the highest vineyards of Sainte-Victoire mountain’s slope, Domaine de Saint-Ser enjoys a southern exposure, bathing it in the Provencal sun, and has particularly distinctive soils. The vineyards are biodynamic producing balanced and rich whites, fruity rosés and structured, full reds.
The Prestige Blanc wine is made exclusively from the Rolle (or Vermentino) grape picked when slightly over-ripe. The two main characteristics of these grape varieties are white flowers notes followed by exotic fruits. The wine is fermented and vinified in a terracotta amphora and in a sandstone jar, the Vermentino then develops all its flavors with elegance and intensity.
