Comprised of 68% Pinot Noir, 22% Pinot Meunier and just 10% Chardonnay, our Wiston Estate Rosé 2014 displays exotic notes of Seville oranges, cranberries, morello cherries and sweet spice. With extraordinary complexity, there is great texture and elegance to this English Sparkling wine due to two-thirds of this cuvée fermented and aged in oak barrels. It will age very well, but this is a wine that is already brimming with individual personality and so is excellent to drink now, especially with food.
