The wine is fermented using the méthode champenoise, where it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle before aging on its lees for 36 months. The result is a beautiful straw-yellow color, fine and persistent bubbles, and elegant aromas of ripe fruit and toasted bread. On the palate, it is full-bodied showing patisserie notes, yeast and dry flowers, with a long, dry, and refreshing finish.
