A wonderful sparkling tea developed by the Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba. To extract the perfect flavour from the teas, the leaves soak in both hot and cold water for an extensive period of time. To create
an exclusive experience of taste, they only work with carefully selected tea manufacturers using only natural organic ingredients. The blend of is combined in one bottle, together with a small base of grape must and a dash of lemon juice.
Tasting note: A long and complex taste. The first impression is fresh and lively with floral notes. It has a defining softness on the mid-palette, thanks to the white teas. It ends in a long and round finish. Best served in a champagne glass.
