This La Janda Vermouth is made with a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez wines to create a blend of power, elegance and pleasant sweetness. Chestnut colour with aromas of wormwood, almonds and sweetness of raisins followed by a slightly bitter finish. It is dry on the palate while elegant and long, slightly warm, with a good persistence in the mouth.
A fantastic cocktail ingredient (Martinis, Manhattans and Negronis) or just as good as a stand alone aperitif.
It's ideal with seafood, nuts, tapas, and fish.
