The Holden Manz Good Sport is a fortified red, produced from Syrah, It has an intense explosion of berries, stewed rhubarb, candied fruit, hints of cassis on the nose. Smooth on the palate with sweet fruits, a whiff of Sauterne, honey and pleasant acidity. Rich and warm with long length and finish. Pair with a chocolate fondant desert, cheeses and parma ham.
