Clos del Rey Sabina Blanc is a fresh blend of Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris from Côtes du Roussillon balancing delicious pure fruit with vibrant freshness. Clos del Rey is a family-run estate in Maury, Roussillon, combining tradition with a modern approach.
Made from 50% Grenache Blanc, 50% Grenache Gris. The grapes are hand-harvested from high-altitude vines for purity and freshness.
Tasting note: Lemon yellow in colour, it shows aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and subtle exotic and mineral notes. On the palate, it’s generous yet with a lively acidity leading to a mouthwatering finish that echoes fresh fruit.
Food Match: Would work well with grilled sea bass or a fresh goat’s cheese salad with nuts.
