A classic Languedoc style from Le Havre de Paix in Gascony. Ths winemaking region is located between the Landes frorest and the Pyrenees. The Aude Valley in particular where the soils are made up of alluviae and sand and is higher in altitude giving a freshness to the wine. This Vin de Pays blend of Carignan and Grenache is very easy drinking with the juicy and fruity Grenache but also slightly spicy with the Syrah. Deliciously versatile - this soft and fuity wine can be enjoyed on its own or with red meat, salad or cheese.
