Founded in 1895 this Domaine is at the heart of Alsatian wine-making country and cultivates over 28 hectares of land, from its titular 14-hectare vineyards.
This Riesling originates from a composite, clay and stony soil, which gives this wine it’s freshness as well as a delicate and harmonious bouquet, an expression it’s Alsatian terroir. Vinification takes place traditional method and before bottling it spends a period of ageing on fine lees.
Pale yellow with platinum reflections, it releases a characteristic bouquet of citrus and white flowers on the nose. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with a perfect balance of all its taste components.
Pair with Fish, Seafood, Shellfish or a fresh goats’ cheese.
