Domaine Les Or is located to the south of Carcassonne, on the hillsides of the Aude Valley.
A blend of 75% Chardonnay with 25% of the local Mauzac varietal, often used in Blanquette de Limoux, this delicious ripe Chardonnay is lightly oak aged for 10 months to add further complexity. A fresh white wine showing peach, lemon and melted butter on the finish.
Ideal at the aperitif or paired with rich pasta dishes or white meat dishes.
