Château Paquette is nestled in the heart of the Provençal pine forest, set on the volcanic rock of the Estérel and lulled by sea spray. Driven by the desire to reveal the personality of this terroir of Fréjus, the family has sought to work with the greatest respect for their land and strive to interpret it as well as possible through the choice of grape varieties, blending and winemaking methods. In 2014 they obtained "organic farming" certification for their vineyard.
This Rose Cotes de Provence is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mouvèdre and Cinsault. A beautifully elegant rosé with delicate summer fruits and herbal notes and a smooth, moreish finish.
