Les Coteaux by Château Belles Eaux (named after the numerous springs located in the area) hails from vineyards in Hérault, Languedoc. Made from Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Vermentino grapes, vinified parcel by parcel with controlled temperature fermentation. The wine is refined in both stainless steel (80%) and french oak barriques (20%).
It has a straw yellow colour with hints of white peach and exotic fruits on the nose, and offers a fresh, mineral taste with long persistence.
Delicious with white meats and semi-mature cheeses.
