The Shiraz and Grenache Noir are separately handpicked and left in the cold room overnight to be cooled down. Each variety was crushed and destemmed the following morning. Both varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. After alcoholic fermentation, the wines were transferred to older French oak barrels. Then further matured for 12 months.
Winemaker’s notes: A lovely blend of ripe black and red fruits. Bright purple with savoury plum, mulberry & subtle spices and a bit of chocolate. Tannins are smooth with a lovely dry finish.
