A classic Pinot Grigio from grapes grown in the Veneto, northern Italy.
Conviviale Pinot Grigio selects the best quality grapes from mature vineyards and are hand harvested in early September. Grapes are crushed and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 18C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for a period of 3 to 6 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
On the nose you get apple aromas with hints of honey and peach but with texture on the palates with layers of orchard fruit, spice and citrus acidity.
Perfect as aperitif or with seafood and fish dishes.
