The Sensale brand was born in 2014, with the aim of selecting the best vineyards and the best grapes from the suppliers of Cantine Europa, to produce the best wines that the area could offer. The Sensale Chardpnnay is a fantastic little wine that punches above its price tag. There are hints of tropical fruit accompanied by floral notes. On the palate there is fresh acidity and marked minerality with a persistant finish.
