Adegas Valmiñor is located in the valley of O Rosal in Southern Galicia. The Albariño grapes come from Condado do Tea, further east along the Miño river and are hand harvested into 20kg cases. After selection they are pressed without skin contact, and the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
Vibrant aromas of ripe peach and citrus fruit. The palate has apricot characters along with a touch of melon and fresh lime juice. This is a classic, crisp and refreshing Albariño with good length.
Great with fish or enjoy with burrata or goats cheese in summer salads.
