The Chardonnay grapes were fermented in stainless steel to let the purity of fruit shine through in the wine. A small amount of the wine was matured in old, neutral oak. The Crosby Chardonnay has ripe fruit flavours of melon, pineapple, pear and citrus on the palate alongside notes of vanilla and butterscotch, leading in to a clean, dry, fresh finish. Deliciously well-balanced!
