Château Citran is one of the oldest estates in the Médoc region. In 1996, the Merlaut family took over the running of this estate, renowned for its elegant Haut-Medoc Wines.
The vineyard spreads across almost 96 hectares. The vines are 35 years old on average and are planted on a tapestry of gravelly-sandy soils composed of asteriated limestone and clay-limestone soils.
Made from: Cabernet Sauvignon (48%), Merlot (47%), Cabernet Franc (5%).
