With the success of the Pop Up Restaurants and having recently been joined by a top sommelier, food and wine pairing has become increasingly important to what we do. Often when trying to help one of our customers in the shops, we like to ask what they will be eating and we will then do our best to find a wine that matches both the food and also the wallet!
So we have decided to add this as a feature on our website. Just send us your menu, let us know your budget and we'll come back with our recommendations.
