For more than a century the team at Luis Cañas has been devoted to running a top-quality vineyard. Traits of determination, effort and passion for doing things well have now been passed down through four generations of the same family.
The focus here is on creating and selling traditional young wines made using the carbonic maceration method. These were once made in the ancient Cueva de los Curas (Priests’ Cavern), a cavern carved out of the ground, which still forms part of the landscape today.
