The team here are viticulturists as well as winemakers, and this allows them complete control over every aspect of the production process – from developing the vines to making decisions about their growth and on into choices within the cellar.
This is a small-scale producer that values quality over quantity, and places the focus on ‘authenticity rather than artifice’.
