2014 Atlantis Albarino, Rias Baixas
Now that summer is on the way, it's time to crack open a refreshing, well balanced bottle of white. This just the one, with a tropical fruit and apple on the nose and just the right amount of acidity and a long finish.
2013 La Prade Mari, Parfums de Garrigues, Minervois
This a brilliant example of a great organic wine from the South West of France. This is a deliciously fruity red that has an intense nose of black fruit and herbs such as wild thyme and bay leaf.
