66% Semillon, 33% Sauvignon Blanc The classic Bordeaux Blanc blend has been adopted around the world, particularly in Western Australia and South Africa where producers strive to produce an alternative to the “fruity Sauv”popularised by NewZealand. With 66% Semillon in the blend and 30% of the Sauvignon Blanc barrel-fermented, this wine is texturally focused. Lemon, lime, ripe pear and perfumed green tea aromas, on a lush palate with just a touch of spice on the crisp finish. Pair with pan-fried fish (crispy skin is a must!) or grilled seafood.
