NV Maison Antech Blanquette de Limoux Brut Cuvee Francoise

For over five centuries, Maison Antech has tamed the magical terroir of Limoux to make fine sparkling wines. The secret of their character lies in the combination of Limoux's three terroirs, which form the backbone of the cuvées: freshness from the Pyrenees, vinousness from the ocean, and roundness from the Mediterranean. From these terroirs, Mauzac and other grapes are cultivated, each bringing their own complexity and purity to the wines.

A traditional method sparkler from an exclusively handpicked harvest. Direct pressing of the grapes the selected musts set for a first fermentation in inox vat under controlled temperature. Blending and second fermentation in capped bottles for around 18th months in air conditioned cellars. This Blanquette de Limoux is pale yellow colour with golden reflections and fine bubbles. The nose expresses the spring flowers and fresh apple and pear. The palate is lively, harmonious and round.

NV Gremillet Selection Brut Ambassadeur Champagne

The Gremillet estate was founded by Jean-Michel Gremillet in 1979 when he inherited a plot of vines from his mother, Lulu. Today, the house possesses over 40 hectares of vineyards and is situated in a small village 45 kilometres from Troyes - the historic capital of Champagne - and 180 kilometres south of Reims.

A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the Gremillet Brut Champagne is bright and refreshing. Perfect for an aperitif! Delicate floral notes combined with flavours of peach and pear, and hints of spice and toast.

NV Gosset Grand Reserve Champagne

Founded in Ay in 1584 Champagne Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne. The Grande Réserve is the true signature of the House. Its style rests on Pinot Noir from Ay which gives the structure to the wine. Malolactic fermentation has been avoided to preserve the freshness and the elegance of the fruit and a long ageing in cellars will bring roundness and complexity. Dosage is kept low as in the style of the house (8 g/l).

This cuvée has a bright and golden colour. The nose is dominated by the freshness and the fruit. The Chardonnay brings finesse sustained by notes of yellow fruits such as peach and Mirabelle plum. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and generous. The Pinot Noir of Ay gives its structure. Hawthorn and white flowers merge naturally. Acidity is expressed by citrus fruits.
