2024 Le Havre de Paix Blanc Cotes de Gascogne - 11.5%
This delicious white wine from Gascony has a classic light freshness, somewhat reminiscent of White Bordeaux, but with a soft, smooth character. A blend of Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc and Gros Manseng. It has aroma of exotic fruit, floral notes and refreshing grapefruit freshness. There are also subtle hints of peach and pear together with a refreshing spiciness on the finish. Great with white meats, especially grilled chicken salad.
2021 Chateau Belles Eaux - Les Coteaux Grenache Blanc - 13.5%
Les Coteaux by Château Belles Eaux (named after the numerous springs located in the area) hails from vineyards in Hérault, Languedoc. Made from Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Vermentino grapes, vinified parcel by parcel with controlled temperature fermentation. The wine is refined in both stainless steel (80%) and french oak barriques (20%). It has a straw yellow colour with hints of white peach and exotic fruits on the nose, and offers a fresh, mineral taste with long persistence. Delicious with white meats and semi-mature cheeses.
2023 Domaine Les Ors, Limoux, Chardonnay - 13.5%
Domaine Les Or is located to the south of Carcassonne, on the hillsides of the Aude Valley. A blend of 75% Chardonnay with 25% of the local Mauzac varietal (often used in Blanquette de Limoux) this delicious ripe Chardonnay is lightly oak aged for 10 months to add further complexity. A fresh white wine showing peach, lemon and melted butter on the finish. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with rich pasta dishes or white meat dishes.
2023 Le Havre de Paix Rouge - 13%
A classic Languedoc style from Le Havre de Paix in Gascony. Ths winemaking region is located between the Landes frorest and the Pyrenees. The Aude Valley in particular where the soils are made up of alluviae and sand and is higher in altitude giving a freshness to the wine. This Vin de Pays blend of Carignan and Grenache is very easy drinking with the juicy and fruity Grenache but also slightly spicy with the Syrah. Deliciously versatile - this soft and fuity wine can be enjoyed on its own or with red meat, salad or cheese..
2022 Domaine des Sablieres Cotes Du Rhone Visan - 14.5%
Full-bodied, fruity grenache-syrah blend from Rasteau in the Rhône Valley. Located on a mainly south facing vineyard enjoying over 2,800 sunshine hours a year, and are relatively sheltered from the cold Mistral wind, this Domaine's vineyards have been coveted for centuries. A brilliant ruby red colour, this wine offers intense notes of red fruits and strawberries on te nose. The palette is voluptuous, spicy and round with deliciously ripe and juicy fruits and a touch of freshness on the finish. Ideal with beef carpaccio or red meats or cheeses.
2022 Chateau des Jaume Infusion (sans sulfites) Syrah/Grenache/Carignan -14%
A smooth supple red wine from the Côtes du Roussillon Villages where this vineyard is located near Tautavel, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains. A blend of Syrah/Grenache/Carignan. Whole bunch vinified with very little human interaction. No added sulphites. Aromatic on the nose, intense fruity sensation on the palate. Perfect with Toulouse sausages.
