Collis-Riondo is one of the largest producers in Veneto, and in Italy itself, with around 2,400 growers covering 6,500 hectares. As a result they have the flexibility and scale to produce a wide portfolio of wines, and access to good quality fruit. Their strength is in local varietals and wine styles. Made from 100% Garganega. After harvesting, cold maceration of the grapes, natural fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C in pressurized stainless steel tanks for one month.
Tasting note: Clean, fresh and elegant. Bursting with aromas of tropical fruit and scents of honeysuckle with a grapefruit and bergamot finish.
Food match: As an aperitif with antipasti.
