This traditional Rhône blend is a real shot of summer, the south-facing vineyards of Rasteau capture maximum sun while sheltered best from the Mistral. This blend has it all: Grenache for juicy red fruit and volume, Syrah for dark fruit and spice, and Mourvèdre for its firm tannins and herbal, meaty character – even 12 months in French oak for a supple texture. A great partner for pie, perhaps steak and kidney, or spinach and stilton.
