From Touraine Chenonceaux, one of the Loire's most recently established appellations, comes this Sauvignon with good complexity which sits stylistically between Sancerre and Brouilly. Fresh and round on the palate, this white wine reveals aromas of citrus with notes of white flowers. A great pairing for fish and shellfish, but also works well with tagines or curries.
