Doran Vineyards Winery was established in 2010 in Paardeburg, South Africa.
The grapes used for this wine came from their Grenache Noir vineyard. Picked early to capture some of the key freshness of the cultivar, the grapes were picked at 21 degrees. Left overnight to cool, the grapes were crushed and left for a couple of hours for skin contact. Cold fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the delicate aromas. Maturation: Partial alcohol removal through spinning cones - 10%.
Pale salmon colour with raspberries, strawberries and floral characteristics. Best served at 7 to 14 degrees C.
Pair with salads and lightly grilled seafood.
