Grenache Blanc combined with Colombard and Petit Manseng, for which this is the first harvest, which is why the cuvée has gone from being AB-certified to the 3rd year of organic conversion, despite the same farming practices and organic specifications in the winery since 2011. The combination of resolutely Mediterranean Grenache Blanc and two Oceanic Béarn grape varieties makes for an original wine that is light, fruity, taut and mineral, with freshness and liveliness
Tasting Note: Clear pale colour and nose of grapefruit and Mirabelle plum with thiol notes (Sauvignon-type aroma) and a concert of white flowers (acacia, hawthorn, elderberry).Endowed with a superb tension and a vivacity that make you salivate, the delicacy of this vintage still reminds us of its undeniably Mediterranean side with lightness lemony notes.
Food match: Seafood, especially oysters or creamy goat cheese. Also, works well with lightly spiced dishes.
