Classic, unoaked Chablis. The wine is aged for nine months on the fine lees to add richness and complexity before being bottled. Very pretty pale golden yellow in colour with light greenish glints. Bright, luminous and limpid. On the nose delicate, ripe peaches and apricots and notes of verbena. Perfect harmony of maturity, mellowness and vivacity with a light touch of minerality.

A high quality Chablis

Typically golden in colour. Gentle fruit flavours with well balanced acidity. The quality on the pallete is great. Well worth a try

Stunning value Chablis

Cheap Chablis can be stony and unemotional but this isn't. Rounder and more nuanced than you would expect, with a decent core of minerality and joyous, peachy lift on the finish. Hard to beat this for the price I paid (£110 for 6).
