An easy drinking Juliénas from 100% Gamay. In the 18th century, the Corsin family settled in Julli and Catherine Corsin (1701-1770) was one of the family's first winemakers. The winemaking tradition has been perpetuated for nine generations and their passion for the vine, passed down for three centuries, now allow Jérôme Corsin and Sylvain Roussot to jointly manage the family estate bequeathed to them by Maryse and Fernand Corsin.
Tasting note: Juliénas, made from the main grape variety of Beaujolais, Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc, offers a lively and structured wine with a purplish-ruby colour, floral aromas, and notes of red fruit and spice. It can be enjoyed young but also develops into an excellent wine for aging (5 years or more).
Food match: Ideal with red meats or Boeuf Bourginon.
