The Warbler is a zero doage organic sparkling wine with mousset bubbles and notes of greengage and crips gaa apples. It's been created by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall with Marc Leseney at Domaine Chateau Marco in the foothills of the Pyrenees and is named after the Blackcap a warbler which thrives among the vines.
Made organically from a blend Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Mauzac.
