Created in 2004 by François Dauvergne and Jean-François Ranvier, this trading house produces quality wines from plot selections, 80% of which are certified organic or in conversion.
This Ventoux rosé is predominantly made from Grenache, which gives the wine a gentle fruitiness, along with a little Syrah and Cinsault, which help to give the wine structure.
The wine in the glass is light onion skin in colour and a delicate aroma of jasmine, raspberry and citrus. The mouth has notes of peach, raspberry and lime, very fresh and elegant, with body and an invigorating acidity in the finish.
