The Quinta do Carvalhão Torto is located in Nelas, in the geographic centre of Dao. Historically it is indelibly connected to the production of Dão wine, being owned by a family for many generations. Produced with the varieties 85% Encruzado, 5% Malvasia Fina and 5% Bical. It was vinified with pre-fermentative skin maceration and temperature controlled then aged for 6 months on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks,
Tasting note: Citric color, very aromatic with notes of orchard fruit. In the mouth, rich and full of freshness and minerality.
