The 100% Sauvignon grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve their freshness and varietal aromas which enables the wine to better express the peculiarities of its terroir.
Pale straw yellow in colour and on the nose a combination of citrus aromas and white flowers. In the mouth, it is fresh and balanced with a refined persistence.
