This estate was founded in 1990 at the foot of the Sierra de Carche, a protected regional park in Jumilla, Murcia. The vineyards range in altitude between 487-1372m and benefit from a continental-Mediterranean climate. They are organic and produce some of the best fruit in this exciting area.
Tasting note:
Appearance: Clean and sparkly pale lemon colour with cheerful green hues that denote youth and freshness.
Nose: Medium intensity with fine aromas of white flowers, notes of citrus and white and stone fruits.
Palate: Balanced and refreshing, with a medium structure, well-integrated acidity and a clean and pleasant finish. Fresh, fruity and fun.
Ideal as an aperitif or to pair with salads, rice, seafood and fish dishes.
