This is an excellent value Italian wine made from estate-grown fruit of the Sartori family vineyards. Along the lines of a Valpolicella, it is crafted from a combination of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
A vivid red wine from the hills north of Verona, full of red fruit, particularly red cherry and spice. On the palate, silky-soft and rounded, neither too heavy nor too light, with pleasant persistence of flavour.
