Owned by Dominique Martin whose father-in-law was one of the founder members of Cave de Rauzan. She continues to take her grapes - Merlot 60%, Cabernet Franc 20%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%- to the Cave to be vinified. Fermentation is in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats equipped with a micro-oxygenation system and the wine is unoaked.
A bramble fruited claret, fresh and bright on the palate with supple tannins.
A very versatile red which will work well with grilled meats, hard cheeses or mushroom based dishes.
