100% Nascetta grapes from vineyards located in Novello (a wild plot planted in 1963 in Ravera cru is included). Nascetta is a rare native white grape variety in the land of Nebbiolo. A semi-aromatic varietal known for its excellent bottle-aging potential.
The Nascetta grapes are crushed and de-steemed. Slow fermentation in stainless steel at a low temperature. The wine is aged on the lees for 8 months. This is followed by about one additional year in the bottle.
